How to Check Liquidity Before You Trade
The easiest way is to look at 24-hour trading volume. Higher volume generally means better liquidity.

On most exchanges, this number is displayed next to each trading pair. A coin with $500 million daily volume will give you a much smoother experience than one with $50,000.

The spread is the difference between the highest bid and lowest ask.
