What Is a Trading Pair
A trading pair shows two assets being exchanged. The first asset is called the base currency — that’s what you’re buying or selling. The second asset is called the quote currency — that’s what you’re paying with or receiving.

When you “buy” on this pair, you’re spending USDT to get Bitcoin. When you “sell,” you’re giving up Bitcoin to receive USDT.
